Interesting commentary although I'd argue that the main wedge in the Floyd dispute was/is between Roger and Richard.

A fabulous and enduring album.

Interesting article. Certainly agree about Meddle being under-rated.An album which certainly had the wow factor in that I can still remember the first time I heard it.
I had struggled with Atom Heart Mother and some parts of Ummagumma as a 14 yo - a lot of which was pretty self indulgent IMO.
Piper still sounds fresh though.
